Call of Duty 4 is Best Selling Game of 2007
Blizzardvision announced that Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty 4 was the best overall selling game of 2007.

While Call of Duty 4 earned top multiplatform honors, Halo 3 finished as the best selling exclusive game with more than 4.8 million copies sold to Xbox 360 owners. Wii Play followed with 4.1 million copies.
The combined SKUs sold in excess of seven million units since November.
